Set against the breathtaking backdrop of Guatemala’s Pacific coast, we’ll explore what it truly means to feel nourished and well through the lens of yoga, movement, mindfulness, and connection.
Experience a thoughtful blend of energizing yoga, spacious free time, meaningful connection, chef-prepared meals, and optional adventures including surfing, kayaking, massage, and exploring the local culture. Together, we’ll discover that wellbeing isn’t found through doing more, but by listening more deeply to what we truly need.

Every retreat has its own unique flow, and this schedule is intended to give you an idea of what our days together may look like. Timings may vary throughout the week depending on the group’s preferences, energy, and any optional activities we decide to take part in.

Swim-Up Suite (AC)
A peaceful, air-conditioned retreat with direct access to the infinity pool from your private terrace. Each suite features a cozy lounge area, private bathroom, and Swell’s signature outdoor garden shower. Choose between one queen bed or one queen bed and one single bed.

Garden Suite (AC)
The Aqua, Koko, Luna, and Salty rooms offer comfortable, air-conditioned accommodations with Swell’s signature tropical feel. Each room includes a queen bed, private bathroom, and a welcoming outdoor space—a perfect spot to unwind between adventures. Rooms are assigned on a first-booked, first-choice basis.

La Palma (Non-AC)
A spacious, thatched-roof studio perfect for friends travelling together. La Palma features two queen beds, a cozy lounge area, private bathroom, and Swell’s signature outdoor garden shower. Enjoy beautiful views of the tropical gardens and surrounding volcanoes for a truly special stay.

Deluxe Casita (AC)
Rest & relax with our most luxurious room option. The deluxe casita is your own private sanctuary. This spacious apartment-style accommodation features air conditioning, a full kitchen & lounge area, and all the comforts of home.

Surfer Suite (AC)
Designed for friends travelling together, this shared accommodation offers a relaxed, social atmosphere without compromising on comfort. The spacious, air-conditioned suite features two queen beds, one single bed, a private garden terrace, and Swell’s signature outdoor shower.

La Cabana (Non-AC)
Experience tropical living in this cozy, thatched-roof cabana surrounded by lush gardens. With a queen bed, private bathroom, and outdoor shower, La Cabaña offers a peaceful and authentic escape just steps from the beach.

Double Occupancy: $1995
A 50% non-refundable deposit is required to reserve your space.
The remaining balance is due January 10th, 2027.

Getting there
Nestled along Guatemala’s breathtaking Pacific coastline, El Paredón is a laid-back fishing village known for its world-class surf, black volcanic sand beaches, spectacular sunsets, and slower pace of life. It’s the perfect setting to disconnect from everyday demands and reconnect with yourself.
Swell is located approximately two hours from La Aurora International Airport (Guatemala City). Guests can easily reach the retreat by Swell’s shuttle service, booked through the hotel.
